A Grammy-nomination for Mr. Greg's Musical Madness producer!

Grammy Nomination!

I’m very excited to share the news that Mr. Greg’s Musical Madness songs are produced by me & my good friend, Mark Dannells, an insanely talented musician and now an officially Grammy-nominated producer!!!
We’re going to find out if Mark wins the Grammy, in Feb, 2024, so please keep your fingers crossed for us!

I’ve slowed down on my performing schedule to focus on writing/recording new songs, creating a new Mr. Greg T.V. show, & much more importantly, to spend time with my son, Elijah, a current senior in High School who will be going to college soon.

LIMITED offer on discounted Live Shows:
I am still performing so if you are interested in MGMM coming to visit your facility for a live, educational, engaging performance at a discounted rate, please contact MrGregsOffice@gmail.com

Thank you very much.

EVERYDAY is Earth Day for Mr. Greg's Musical Madness

What happens when you write a song, turn that song into an animated video, and then write your first children's book based on the animated music video?

Aside from losing some hair, or A LOT of hair if you’re Mr. Greg, you hope for the best & prepare for the worst!

The “Saving the Earth with Mr. Greg!” book, based on the animated music video featured on PBS Kids TV, is finished!!!  Yaaay, woot-woot!

Unfortunately, we’re moving the pre-release date back several months.  Boooo!

No worries!

If you’re a teacher or caregiver of children ages 2.5 to 8, a parent, or you were a child once, we think you’re going to enjoy listening to the Parent’s Choice Award-winning “Saving the Earth with Mr. Greg!” song AND watching the animated video!

HERE’S a video teaser.   For the full video, visit us at: www.MrGregsMusicalMadness.com

Early Learning Educators - A True Gift

Hi Friends,

March 3rd, 2022.  The world is currently reeling from Russia's invasion of Ukraine.  Covid-19 still has people and society in its grip.  I could go on & on about other tragic events unfolding before ours eyes, however, I hear you saying to yourself, perhaps almost even screaming,  "Wooooah, what's going on Mr. Greg!? Isn't this just a blog post for Early Learning Educators and parents of young children!!!?"

Yes, yes it is.

And with that being said, I can't tell you how amazing it has been to see the relief on teachers & parents faces along with the joyous laughter from the children at recent Mr. Greg's Musical Madness shows!  I share this with you to say "thank you" to all of the Early Learning Educators.  The love, passion, and time you share with children, especially during this time, is so incredibly valuable!  After an almost solid 2 years of not performing, it has been a true gift to be reminded of the privilege of being a part of the healing comfort we provide to children.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences regarding this topic, in the comments section.

Best wishes to you and yours,

Mr. Greg

Learning Through Play/Early Learning Education

Take a minute or two and reflect back on who your favorite teacher/teachers were back when you were in school...

What made them special and what makes them stand out today in your memory is most likely the way they communicated with you. They most likely had enthusiasm, encouragement, and a passion for what they did, so much so that it helped leave an indelible mark on your psyche that remains to this day. My favorite teachers also took the time to make learning fun and engaging!

Now take a minute to think about the soundtrack of your childhood. Which songs come to mind? Did you learn all of the words, did you dance and sing along?

How about if we combine the concepts? Take enthusiastic, passionate teachers, interesting topics, melodies to songs that are fun to sing and move along with, and roll them up all together! That's something we've been doing at Mr. Greg's Musical Madness for over 10 years and with our NEW online classes, we are happy to share this with you. We hope to bring joy and the love of learning to your child and many children in this manner. Our video lessons and songs have been on PBS TV for quite some time and are viewed in classrooms, homes, and many other places, worldwide.
